Barrier-free access, ground floor (street): side entrance on the left (near "Rathausplatz"), court III, elevator. On the first floor, go to the right. Attention, changes possible due to construction work.

Thursday 09-05-13, Friday 10-05-13, Saturday 11-05-13: Otto-Mauer-Zentrum

Währinger Straße 2-4, 1090 Wien. Left staircase, Mezzanin (= first floor). Entrance next to "Campussuite"-Café and shop Libro.

There is an elevator, but you have to climb several stairs.

Tramways 1, D, 37, 38, 40, 41, 42, 43, 44 (station "Schottentor. Universität").

Underground line U2 (station "Schottentor. Universität"). Alternativeley take line U3 to "Herrengasse"; 5 to 10 minutes walk.

Attention, there are hardly any parking sites.

Schnellbahn S 7 (in direction Floridsdorf) to station Praterstern; change to subway U2 (in direction Karlsplatz) to station Schottentor/Universität. Costs: 4 Euro (2 zones / 2 single trip tickets).

From Wien Mitte, you can chose to

- take subway U4 (in direction Heiligenstadt) to station Schottenring; there you take subway U2 (in direction Karlsplatz) to station Schottentor/Universität OR tram 1 (in direction Stefan-Fadinger-Platz) to station Schottentor/Universität. Costs: 1 single trip ticket 2 Euro.

- take subway U3 (in direction Ottakring) to station Volkstheater; there you take subway U2 (in direction Aspernstraße) to station Schottentor/Universität OR tram 1 (in direction Prater), tram D (in direction Nußdorf) or tram 71 (in direction Börsegasse/Wipplingerstraße) to station Schottentor/Universität. Costs: 1 single trip ticket 2 Euro.

Coach / Bus: Vienna Airtport Lines, line 1185 to Morzinplatz / Schwedenplatz. Costs: 8 Euro. Also see

From Morzinplatz / Salztorbrücke you take tram 1 (in direction Stefan-Fadinger-Platz) to station Schottentor/Universität. Costs: 1 single trip ticket 2 Euro.

if you arrive by train

at Westbahnhof: take subway U3 (in direction Simmering) to station Volkstheater, there you take tram U2 (in direction Aspernstraße) to station Schottentor/Universität, OR tram 1, D or 71 (see information above) to Schottentor/Universität. Costs: 1 single trip ticket 2 Euro.

at Bahnhof Wien Meidling (construction works at Südbahnhof / Hauptbahnhof): take subway U6 (in direction Floridsdorf) to station Alser Straße, there you take tram 43 (in direction Schottentor) to station Schottentor/Universität. Costs: 1 single trip ticket 2 Euro.

we do NOT recommend arrival by car, there is hardly any parking space near University. You can park your car at "Park-and-Ride"stations and use public transport.
